1. From the front page of the phone, press the menu button > status > IPV4. (Ex. 192.168.0.137)

2. On your desktop, open a web browser (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

3. In the URL/address bar, type in the IPV4 Address of the phone and hit enter/return.

4. On the Login Screen, use the following credentials:

User: admin
Password: admin

5. Depending on the phone, look for Accounts or Line

6. Under ‘Display Name’, change to the desired name you want to appear on the phone and caller ID.

7. When you are finished modifying, press save, then exit the window.
