if you need to change the Internet Interface from Ethernet Cable/ADSL to Static 

  - login to Tina using a Admin/Reseller account 
  - click on Gear, System then the connector Tab 
  - Click in the Internet: drop-down and select Ethernet Router
  - Click Edit 
  - Click Edit next to Ethernet router
  - Edit IP address: "add the new address" <<< please make sure this address is not being used by anything else 
  - Change the Netmask to the correct one for this network 
  - click on ok
  - click on add next to Default route
  - type in the the gateway address
  - click ok, click ok, and click ok to link this network profile
